This was my first visit to the Hillview office and though I was very nervous, I had an excellent experience! The office was clean and bright and the entire staff was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Heather and Dr. Mortenson were kind and patient while working with me, while giving thorough explanations of what they were doing and what would be needed in future, and while answering all my questions. The future services and costs were explained and Dr. Mortenson even overheard a late question I had while passing by and stopped to answer it so I left with no concerns or questions!
