Went in with gum issues/a loose tooth, scheduled online and was able to get in 12 hours later, and from the minute I got there, Arcadia and Dr. Z made me feel welcome and at ease. They were clear, transparent, and thorough with X rays and a full evaluation, and brought me back the following day for a tooth extraction. Arcadia and Dr. Z worked on me the next day as well. The extraction was painless and I left the office having scheduled follow up appointments, a custom retainer/temporary in hand, and a plan for treatment moving forward. All in a 24 hour span. I felt like the entire staff from the front desk to the chair were welcoming, professional, and had my best interest in mind. Would recommend this office to anyone.
