Just had my second cleaning with Sandra Gray. I was so pleased that the time and attention given during my 1st cleaning set me on a path for better oral health. The 2nd cleaning was amazing … my gums had improved and tartar had barely built up. Plus, Sandra is a lovely and caring person. Actually looking forward to my next visit. -

I had a great experience! I was planning on changing locations to one closer to my home but after my experience with the location in Ft. Wright I will for sure be staying. Well worth the extra 15 minute drive!!! Sandra did a great job cleaning my teeth and delivered a comfortable experience! She gave great advice and was super personable! -

I rarely give a perfect score – as there is always room for improvement. In this case the improvement should happen behind the front desk. I twice confirmed my 6-months ago scheduled appointment – for which I still had my reminder card & wrote it on my calendar. After confirmation – I received 2 different new times – which were earlier than I had scheduled & I was not prepared or ready. I did not confirm either appointment & told them I would be there as soon as I could get there & depending on traffic. They continued to harass me via text messages saying if I didn’t show up at the earlier time – I would have to reschedule. Then – asked me what time I was leaving – my estimated time of arrival & then called me on top of it. I was driving & did not answer additional texts or phone call. I suffer from PTSD – Anxiety & Clinical Depression & did not need my day to begin this way. I was ready to cancel & find a new Dental office. My former Hygienist is a personal long time friend & an excellent Hygienist. She had left the practice several months ago. The new Hygienist – Sandra Gray was very sweet- warm – kind – understanding & helped me to calm down – relax & actually refocus. My thoughts went from upset & anger to concentrating on what Sandra had to say. We had a very calming & enlightening conversation. Sandra was very gentle & thorough – explained everything & asked for my input along the way. The girl who checked me out at the desk was very nice as well & answered some billing questions for me. I left there in a much better mood than I had arrived. Providing they get the customer service quirks worked out behind the front desk & providing Sandra Gray stays there as my Hygienist – then I will stay. Thank you!
